Since July 2006, the staff of the ATSP have maintained and updated the TIE.
Will Engle is the Executive Director for the Association of Telehealth Service Providers (ATSP) in Portland, Oregon. He is responsible for the general operations and development of the association, whose mission support and grow the telemedicine industry and ensure that the tools needed to provide remote care are in place.
Liz Moyer, Web Developer on contract. Liz is responsible for the overall Web development of the TIE. She has been doing Web development work since 1997. She is proficient in php, asp, css, html, dhtml, javascript, xhtml, xml and xsl. She has developed the graphical interface for the TIE, built some of the 3rd tier data stores using using relational databases and xml, and spearheaded information architecture efforts to better organize and present data across the site. Liz is native Hoosier and a graduate of Indiana University .
